With our busy, modern lives we often neglect to take some time each day to unwind, de-stress, and allow ourselves to simply be still. The consequences of this may go unnoticed at first, but over time, our bodies start to break down due to the constant state of stress that we’re in.
While we can’t always avoid stress, we can certainly address it and reduce it in ways that don’t involve a long list of side effects (which are often worse than the stress itself, and even add stress to our lives!)
This is where Flower Alchemy comes in. Flower Alchemy is nothing out of the ordinary. In fact, you’re already quite familiar with it and may not even realize it.
“Flower alchemy is simply another way of receiving the nourishing properties of plants — but instead of taking in oxygen, you’re taking in pure flower essences, suspended in water— liquid energetic remedies that transform your mood + state of mind through your acupuncture meridians.” (LOTUSWEI) So sort of like an acupuncture treatment, without the needles.
For a brief introduction to Flower Remedies, watch the 3-minute video on their homepage, here.
As the video explains, LOTUSWEI creates flower remedies and infuses them into elixirs, serums, mists, and perfumes, so you can either put them in your body or on your body. Regularly applying these flower remedies has been shown to transform your mind, mood, and physiology. Flowers that transform your mind and mood? You heard me right!
Wondering if these really work? Read on for my experience with these unique Flower Remedies.
The Inner Peace line is infused with the flowers: Arctic Lupine, Red Hibiscus, Pink Lotus, and Mountain Laurel. These flowers are known to induce calm and confidence, while relieving stress and creating a sense of peacefulness. They are infused with Organic Essential Oils of Geranium, Lavender, and Coriander. (And of course, all of the LOTUSWEI products are free of phthalates, synthetics, and chemicals)
The aroma is a fresh, herbal spice including lavender, cedar, vetiver, and geranium.
The combination of flowers in the Inner Peace line dissolves stress and nervousness, and magnifies peacefulness, and a sense of contentment and support.
Inner Peace Anointing Oil
The Inner Peace Anointing Oil has been one of my favorites from LOTUSWEI. I apply it to my wrists several times a day, rub my wrists together, then inhale deeply. The scent lasts a couple hours, which is actually a good thing because it means you’ll reapply often, leading to greater results. I’ve noticed tangible shifts in my state of mind and overall sense of less stress after using this for several weeks.
Inner Peace Mist
If you’re a fan of toners or mists, you already know that misting the face is refreshing and therapeutic in itself. But misting your face with flower essences? What more could you want? I use the Inner Peace Mist as a toner on my neck and face after cleansing. Like the anointing oil, it is uplifting and smells heavenly. This can also be used as a room spray or sprayed directly on sheets & pillows. You really can’t go wrong with this one.

On a personal note, stress is one of my biggest health challenges and has been for quite awhile. After using these products for over a month, I’ve already experienced less stress and more peace on a regular basis. Not only are the scents instantly uplifting, but I can tell that they improve my day by helping me to ‘let go’ a bit more!
These products are safe and excellent for children and many have had great results with their children after using flower remedies regularly.
The Joy Juice line is created with the flowers: African Daisy, Birdsfoot Lotus, Chocolate Flower, Pink Spirea, and more. These flowers specifically invoke a sense of cheerfulness, ease, and light-heartedness, which are great for anyone struggling to relax and let go.
The aroma is Jasmine, Sweet Orange, Strawberry, and Rosewood. A sweet and floral scent.
The combination of these flowers magnify joy and freedom when used regularly.
Joy Juice Flower Elixir
Ah, the Joy Juice Elixir. This elixir is just too good! In addition to the flowers listed above, it contains raw desert wildflower honey. All of the LOTUSWEI Elixirs are designed to be taken internally, either sublingually or added to water or other beverages.
My favorite way to take the Joy Juice Elixir is sublingually. I prefer not to dilute it, though I’m sure it would make water taste delicious! I take 5 drops under my tongue about 5 times each day and not only does it taste delicious – but taking it this way allows the flower essences to hit the bloodstream quickly, resulting in more noticeable results. This elixir pairs perfectly with their Inner Peace line and has impacted my mood by doing just what it says- invoking a sense of joy and playfulness, and helping ‘let go’ a little more!
Joy Juice Balancing Serum
Skincare that offers healing and health-promoting properties? That’s what the Joy Juice Balancing Serum does. It can be applied to the face, neck, ears, shoulders, and pulse points.
My favorite way to apply this serum is directly on my neck and shoulders. This allows it to ‘breathe’ for a few hours after applying it, which lets me continue to breathe in it’s aroma! It has a sweet and floral aroma.
Truthteller Lip Balm
This lip balm is so lovely! It definitely exceeded my expectations, especially for a company that doesn’t exclusively create lip products. It has a light, yet highly nourishing texture and literally smells like you’re surrounded by roses! Subtle/sheer tint.
Needless to say, I’m going to be keeping LOTUSWEI in my everyday routine. They’re just too powerful and transformative not to!
